Delivery

1.1. Orders are delivered within the territory of Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (to branch offices, parcel lockers, or by courier — depending on the selected delivery method).

1.2. The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of the selected delivery service (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta) and is paid by the customer.

1.3. The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service and may vary depending on the region, carrier workload, and other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
